After my single mastectomy a month ago, I have had five saromas.
This is not particularly unusual either.
Mine have all been large and painful.
The grand total of the combined liquid comes to almost exactly two litres.
All lined up, the actual physical dimensions of them might look like four large oranges, followed by a smaller one.
Thankfully each of the ‘bombs’ has been skilfully diffused by a nurse with a needle.
So no obvious or lasting damage caused, just anxiety.
Apparently, having a very positive attitude throughout will definitely help make this process much easier for me.
Okay.
Being optimistic may indeed come in handy here.
Because I just so happen to be already holding on to saroma number six ...
