By 9.15am our 10k Team were stretching, limbering and psyching themselves up for their Regents Park run on a typically mild & wet London summers day. In anticipation of the race start the team felt excitement, nerves and a sense of responsibility knowing they were helping to raise much-needed funds for Neuroblastoma UK. Our colleagues were joined and cheered on by keen relatives and friends who also wanted to show their support for the charity, runners (and walkers) .
A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored us; your donations will make a real difference to Neuroblastoma UK’s work. If you’ve not yet sponsored us but would like to our page at Just Giving is still open for donations.
We’re sharing a few ‘before and after’ pictures to give you a flavour of the race atmosphere and the sense of pride we feel in our runners and their achievement.
