I have had pain in my bum for 10 months getting treated for piles .had a MRI and CT scan .had appointment at the hospital at 10.30 to find out the results.To be told it is cancer and I need to be at the hospital for 4 O'clock that same day for an operation and will need a stoma bag. So I'm home now at my mums house .I get my treatment plan on the 31st. Crazy 4 weeks like I sed ..Now getting used to having a stoma bag

That does sound like a fast track treatment and I hope you are now feeling better. We do have a group you may like to join for support and here's the link you need:
