Roller coaster

Well though i just update this blog, the past few weeks have not been fun An unscheduled tumour marker, signalled things were not going in the right direction. And last friday they confirmed the worst, the last cycle of chemo was aborted, A) because they didnt have the stem cells B) because my tumour markers were rising, indicating that the cancer in their opinion was chemo resistant so all chemo would do would reduce the markers for a while, Basically things were in their opinion were not good, possible more new growths , or existing ones regrowing in both lungs. So a week of scans to confirm their thoughts MRI yep they found my brain, contrary to some peoples thoughts, nice one as well with no cancer. Petscan, no spread and declared me cancer free, stupid machine. Ct scan, found a tiny bit of growth in the last remaining tumour, all the others have gone, So surgery time to remove the nodule , tumour and anything else he doesn't like. My right side has cleared up. So hopefully only one surgery required, All i got do is make sure he gives me matching scars to last year op, scars that don't match are just wrong and so last year. Hopefully the surgery will sort this out and put an end to this stupid cancer game, which to be honest im very bored of.
