i cant get a flipping break from this dam disease, not one smegging day, i was diagnosed in july 2012, with this oh so treatable disease, oh yes my tumors has dies, even become undetctable to known scans, but my tumor markers which come down during chemo, start rising the minute chemo stops, never below ten, never a day of remission, not even one in nearly three years, even people that have died of this disease get a few months break.
so we thought the when we were called to have surgery to remove the two small tumors each lung , plus on new diseased lymph node, i though my luck had come in, people get cured by surhery.
signed the form for the first operation, and finally dared to ask tne question, how long have i got to recover before my next op?
there isnt going to b another op, inspotted a small fleck of a tumor in your upper left node, to small for me to target, so i not operating.
arrggghhhhhhh, but i have a growing tumor already in my lef lung, yes he replied your up against it.
4th lune chemo may cure me, but will mak sure i end up on dialysis, but an 90% chance of no cure and 100% chance of kidney failure
