Hi, I'm new on here. I live abroad, and whilst I speak Spanish, going through diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer in my second language has been really scary, and probably stopped me asking loads of questions (understanding the answer from an andaluz doctor speaking at 1000 miles an hour is nigh on impossible!). I've been on hormone therapy since last November and it's horrible... The terrible suicidal thoughts, the absolute anger, joint pain and the non existent sex drive .... I spoke to my oncologist, but let's say she's not that supportive - just said it's all normal. So I've read online about topical vaginal estrogen being something that might help, but the info online is so conflicting... Any idea whether it's worth even having the discussion with my doctor as I had estrogen receptive cancer? Sorry for rambling!
