Welcome to June . Not sure what happened to May but it started like winter and ended like summer .
On caring duties today with a list to contend with so making an early start .
Great to have mum back home from hospital . So it’s chores and not hospital visits today and that is just fine by me .
We seem to have lots of sunshine here .
Take care ,
Court

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
Beautiful seaspirit44 it’s a lovely rich colour !
Productive day here in sunny Scotland ! Restarted treatment for mum but of course a nice coffee before hand then down to business .
All went very smoothly and was even able to get her grass and hedge cut when we got back . Was a bit surprised to see I had a supervisor up inspecting my work minus her walking stick and feeling great !
She has been in a bit of pain this week so that was lovely to hear .
Hope everyone is preparing for a relaxing weekend . Let us know what your getting up to in spite of all things cancer .

Oh congrats Court, to you and your mum. Love the 'inspector' image, and without walking stick, could that be "inspector gadget-less"
That’s very encouraging Court.
Roses down here have been blooming for some time - Geoff (Hamilton), Gertie (Jeckyll) and Graham Thomas among our favourites just now.
We enjoyed a longish stroll along the North Downs yesterday, and it turned into a Six Orchid special. Lots of fragrant especially, but six different species plus seeing a doe and butterflies. So therapeutic.
Your Mums a character and a half. So glad to hear that’s she is quality checking.
I’ve been back and forth to the vets. My cat Hugo chased another cat not seeing the metal arbour seat he cracked his scull and gave self a cauliflower ear!
Now our model like elegant Bengal looks like an alley cat bless him
Have a lovely weekend all
Ann
Love it ! You were obviously brought up on old inspector gadget too !
She did so well yesterday .
What has been really nice is seeing all the side effects disappear and she seemed stronger within herself .
Take care and have a great day !

Wellspring this forum has made me realise just how much we have to wait further north for our flowers to bloom . Interestingly enough my little caravan garden that is thrashed around on the coast performs betifully every year . My mum planted a lot of it when we first got it and some of her friends in the village added to it . I would just arrive and find additions!
.
I am amazed by your orchid photos . All wild ? Maybe I am not walking in the right places but definitely not seeing anything like that .
Thank you so much for sharing . Just showed them to my husband .
Hope your treatment plan is pulling together .
Take care ,

Thanks Court.
He’s feeling very sorry for self it will be on going treatment for pain. We’ve decided no operation as he will not keep a collar on and will rip the buttons out of his ears which will shred it. Yes they actually sew buttons inside the ear flap for the best looking ear. However it would still flap down. His will eventually look like a rugby player
Think we will love him even more now. X
Ann
