June 23 catch up thread .

He's a little sweetheart (when he's asleep) my other dog is so patient with him.

Things aren't too bad, first year surveillance next month, where did the time go!  Still struggling mentally with it all, was struggling before the cancer to be honest, lost my dad in April 2021, he was in a home and we didn't get to physically see him for over a year before he died  don't think I'll ever get over that, not saying goodbye, can't put into words how it feels xx

How's your mum getting on, since being back home from hospital?

She was a bit rough for a bit but starting to see her bouncing back again just in time for more treatment. But we had a chat about making living the priority and focusing on the things she is still able to do .

It definitely takes a week or two to recover from a hospital stay .

However the weather is great and working it’s magic . My sister was preparing her a nice bit of salmon but her dog ran off with it . So naughty !

The garden is planted now and the first rose opening up . Photos to follow .
