A rough couple of days…

I e just come home Ade, thought I was ok but not 100%…..gonna relax today..

I hope the pain eventually settles…. I think a nap is needed..

Hi Nigel, only just seen this, you poor thing. It sounds like Ade said Norovirus, it is a horrible bug. me and mrhalofan got it at exactly the same day , within an hour of each other and it was awful. stay hydrated friend and don't expect too much from your body , its had a good kicking so to speak and not just from the virus . you have been through alot lately Nigel , sending you a big hug

Morning everyone, I think taking yesterday off work was the best thing for me..

I did try to get some sleep in the day but the dog was having none of it…
