i have a primary, 3 lymph nodes 1 in groin and 2 on ureter and 1 metastasis (not confirmed). 
i had 6 months chemotherapy starting in feb and ended in august. I then had an emergency colostomy due to location of primary. Between vagina and bowel - breaking through both. 

im almost at the end (2 more days) or chemo radiation. This will have been 5.5 weeks in total. 

After this I’m told I have to wait 3 months for a scan anti see how effective the treatment has been. They will then decide if surgery is needed. 
my road has been a bumpy one and not as straightforward as it sounds but I’m powering through and taking each day as it comes. 
I always keep in my mind that there’s always someone worse off and that keeps me focused and appreciative of what treatment I’ve been offered. 

Its one big learning curve but here you will find a wealth of knowledge.
