I had surgery on Thursday and had a lumpectomy for a small tumour, am now waiting for results of lymph nodes and surrounding tissue in about 3 weeks time. I’m feeling very sore and tired.

Totally normal feeling this way post breast surgery, takes about a week to fully get the annaesthetic out of your system and a common side effect of that is feeling a bit down.
There is a very active (and friendly) Breast Group here (link) you can check out and join to get 'chatting' to others ladies who have been where you are now.
Good luck with the pathology results, all the waiting can mess with your head
