dad diagnosed with bladder and lung cancer

Hi I'm new to this but recently my dad has been diagnosed with bladder cancer which has spread to his lungs . I'm a mess I don't know how I'm going to cope seeing my dad struggle with his illness. even thou it's my dad going thru this I need help too ! does that sound selfish.

Hi , welcome to the online community, I’m sorry to hear about your Dad, and no it doesn’t sound selfish at all. I see you have joined the friends and family group and hope you feel able to introduce yourself to the group there to get support. You could copy and paste your original post in there, or just browse the other posts and join in when you feel it’s right.

When I felt overwhelmed and wasn’t sure how I felt I found reading the coping pages in the information and support sections of comfort to me, so I hope you don’t m8 d I thought I’d put the link in incase it was of help to you.
