Lymphoma diagnosis this week

As I stated to CBear, initially I was seen at AAU presenting symptoms of a very heavy cold, thought I was developing a chest infection . I couldn’t get in to my GP and so called 111. I felt fatigued, general malaise, breathless and itchy legs, especially at night which I put down to menopause..in fact, I had a few symptoms that I thought were due to the change.

Sorry, when I press return it posts  I had pains in my chest so they did an X-ray and then a chest CT scan which indicated enlarged lymph nodes and so I then had an abdomen to pelvis CT which showed the same. I was prescribed two types of antibiotics and an inhaler, signed off for three weeks.

How are you CBear  and KitKat17 ? I’ve got my haemotology appointment next Tuesday and the waiting is so hard. Have either of you had any more appointments?

Its been a week since my biopsy, waiting results..definitely mentally challenging.

I’m hospital with a clot. Being treated now and also had my biopsy today. Results here in next couple of days and we can then get to work.

I had my FNA biopsy result as suspicious for NHL.

I had bloods and a CNA in the groin yesterday.

Hows you?

Mine has come out as classic hodgkins. Treatment will start in two weeks hopefully.
