Beautiful I can talk all day about dogs

Aww she's beautiful.  I dont want 2 leave this dog I want 2 take her home. I've thought of getting a dog as I live on my own and I've loved the little routine I've made here over the last few days. Feels like I've got constant company. She's the first akita I've ever met and wow I'm shocked at how laid back they are. It's actually my sons gf  dog she had her few year before they met but I Just class her as my sons lol hope you are keeping well xx

 Bev2022 Myla is actually my daughter's dog but she spent most of lockdown here as my daughter and her boyfriend were caring for his Grandma who had lost her husband to COVID right at the very beginning of the pandemic and sadly Myla couldn't go there due to allergies, now she's with me during the day and them evening and overnight. She was also a good garden partner for my stepfather who lived here prior to his death just in February. He had Alzheimer's and never remembered her name but played with her in the garden everyday that weather allowed. They are very misunderstood dogs as a breed I think.

Oh sorry to hear that. Yes they are deffo misunderstood. She must be loving life with two homes x

My sister had Akita, when she passed she got an Alakan Malimute. Which was for ever being mistaken for an Akita, but they're bigger... both were beautiful big bears.
