I am back in hospital. My blood calcium levels are too high. I have been admitted as an emergency. Don't know how long for. I have iv fluids, a diuretic and better anti nausea meds.
I don't know why my GP didn't deal with my levels, which have been rising for a few months now. I had to keep pushing for blood tests.
The consultant was not happy with the lack of follow up, or with the way I was told by the urologist, or the delay in involving oncology. He apologized on behalf of the hospital.
