Hi everyone
Here's your new chat thread for April.
We're happy to start this for you, but anyone is welcome to start the thread if you get to it before we do
Beautiful Jeep and colour Stacy. My husband is a biker he has a Harley Davidson and a BMW GS. The bikers have a head nod to each other. It is like being part of a family. Maybe you and your friend can plan for the next Daytona Beach Jeep week in her Jeep. Love to everyone.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Just been to the woods with Alfie, and the bluebells are out, they look so beautiful.

Such a beautiful color! I can just tell that you had some great times with that Jeep. I'm sure something else will come along that gives you similar pleasure but the loss will always be hard.
Sending hugs to my Buckeye sister!
Thanks for your concern. The pain control issue is complicated by an enzyme deficiency that inhibits the effectiveness of morphine and oxycodone.
They ended up giving me liquid morphine and I take a high dose to make up for the ineffectiveness. It will get me by but it is frustrating that politics is dictating my pain control. A much smaller dose of hydromorphone (dilaudid) would make me much more comfortable.
But I buried the lead... I am home! And Faith was very happy to see me. (My husband too of course!)
Thanks to everyone for the support
Good afternoon
How is everyone? I went to London again yesterday and saw the plastic surgeon. He is happy with the wound healing and discharged me! he also promised to write a letter to certify me to exempt from house work for 6 years haha. I may also went to a couple of shops and some items have to be purchased
My oncologist suddenly remembered me after ghosted me since November last year and am going to see him this evening and see what is going on. Tomorrow I will be back to London for a loopagram for the kidney/ urostomy. One day I will be done with all these medical appointments!
There is a new grey cat around here village and bullying other cats about. Winston was upset by it and peed on the sofa. Now spending the whole night up and very worked up. Sleeping during the day as he is completely worn out. Poor guy. How is Lilly doing? I think Winston needs his knights/ queens to defend him.

Hiya Stella, oh poor Winston. I hope that new cat on the block is not as nasty and vicious as my neighbour’s one. He has Lilly totally petrified. I know what it is like to have to sooth a traumatised cat. Have been doing it for a few years now. He actually hides around the house and garden or by the garage and waits for Lilly, or any other unfortunate cat, that comes in his range of smell and sound. It is so disgusting that his owner doesn’t care. I am sure because it’s her soul mate Winston, Lilly would try and help. But let’s face it she is the biggest woos there is .
so good to see you doing well Stella and enjoyed a bit of comfort shopping. Have a successful day tomorrow at the hospital. Big furry cuddle to Winston from Queen Lilly and a not do furry hug from me to you
love Angie and Lilly xxx
Hi Stella,
I hope your appointments this evening and tomorrow go well, and I definitely hear you about the endless medical appointments, they can take such a toll on all of us.
King Winston can rest easy, Queen Macy has summoned her most trusted knights and bannermen, and her fleet of ships will soon be setting sail to the east so that this grey cat invader won't be able to escape to the sea! Once House Grey Cat has been crushed, the remaining forces can be rallied and march toward Queen Lilly's kingdom and defeat her neighbor that's been causing problems within the Seven Kingdoms.
Hopefully everyone gets my Game of Thrones references, it's like we have our very own Game of Thrones pet saga going on!
The good news is that Friday will be my last day with the wound vac, bad news is that I'm still struggling with the phantom pain, and I've just been in more of a funk the last couple of days. I'm just tired... Our royal pet adventures make me smile though.
