Good evening
It is sunny and windy here. Had a good day with friends came over for a very long lunch! Roast pork, veg, followed by roasted pineapple and coconut ice cream. We went to a micro brewery yesterday and bought some nice beer to drink up today.
Hope everyone had a nice day too and good luck with any upcoming appointments this week.

Hi Stella, sounds like a lovely day, with roasted pineapple too, one of my favourites as it can be served with a savoury or sweet dish, a family favourite is roasted wedges with cinnamon and brown sugar. Cold here, popped out to see a friend but rested mostly, ministrone soup here, no desert or beer as I'm driving tomorrow.

Coconut ice cream, lovely, in Thailand you can buy traditional ice cream made from coconut milk, much tastier than the Walls stuff that all the younger people seem to want

Eddie We roasted the pineapple whole with oil and brown sugar. Maybe will give your recipe a go next time. Is it a long drive you are going to do tomorrow?
Patrick not had the proper Thailand one. But this M&S one is pretty nice too.
Brown sugar and pineapple a perfect combination, what oil do you use Stella, rapeseed?, No long drives tomorrow, longest 27 miles and maybe 90 miles in total.
Eddie xx
Afternoon
Its been really cold here last few days.
I have a hairdresser that comes to the house, so got everything read, got her money out. Checked calendrer, yes wrong date, think I am losing it, not the first time, and no doubt not the last.
Phone call from my nurse, to see how I was doing, and to restart , the new target therapy I was on, lower does, lets see how that goes.
Hope all are well, and Lec good to see you and your comments, good luck for your treatment today, what are you on.?
Good day
