Good morning Ellie,  another day out at the hospital.  2 hours away I take it its the London one. Just be yourself  Ellie,  it's hard but you can  do this. Chat a few technicians up to try and get though it. You've  had RD before so you know the procedure, this is just in a different place. Easy to say when it's not me, but I know it being your brain is frightening but Ellie you have had surgery on your brain and got through that so this can't be as bad as that can it. Thinking of you lovely . You will have earned a lovely cake and tea after you're treatment. Love and hugs. XX

Oh Moi what a lovely thread, this is when i wish my hubby was still here, he was my clown, never appreciated a clown so much, I can hear him saying, well they must,  think you have a brain, cheek.

Its setting my alarms for 5am, i find the hardest still middle of the night, the three of them are done, eager beaver.

Day out my last scan is not till 3,15 takes an hour, goodness no what time i will get home, be shattered.

Hi Chris (Hilo) Forme there is no better way of spending a day than at the seaside watching the waves crash. I hope you had ice cream? You can't go to the seaside without having one, no matter the weather! It is lovely here today with the sun out. When inside and looking out, it looks perfect but there is an icy wind once you are out but still, the sun is the sun and makes you feel better.

Hi Moi, Just to say I agree with everything you said. If anyone can do this Ellie can! We know by now she doesn't do the "easy way" especially when she is wearing her big girl pants! However I don't see her getting a toy boy wearing them, so if you are chatting up technicians etc Ellie looking for a toy boy, better take a change in your bag! lol! Keep on keeping on!

I'm a big believe in our past love ones  stay by our sides when we need them. 5am is my wake up for a wee call and I have to leg it the loo. Lol. If your allowed to eat before your scan go the cafeteria  and spoil your self,  have 2 dessert.  When you get home grab something to eat and go to bed. Ps did you chat up any techs yet ??? Tell all. Oh Mou i did when i had radiotherapy on my lungs.

Laying there, 4 young men lifting my coconuts and marking me up, then said can we take your picture.

I replied yes of course, are you posting it on the internet, or is this a pornographic set up, made them laugh, i have to see the funny side of things.

Now a mask i will be in disguise, suppose better than a black bin liner.

If  you do not laugh you will cry.

Reading about them chemo tablet I am going on.

On Annette sexy knickers  packed, every colour you can think of, not sure what is their preference is, so be prepared lol.

I remember that well, I was  laughing my head off, Ray thought I'd lost it when I just started laughing. As for your knickers good job you haven't lost your touch. How do the pills sound ? I've never had them so I'm no help there. I hope its info from NHS,  not our friend Dr. Google. At least  there is another treatment for you which is a good sign. Keep an eye out for toy boys. XX

Yes oncologist gave me the paper, cannot start it till done the radio, one tablet a day, though comes with the same side effects as the infusions.

As i cannot see right, any one younger will do, looks not a problem lol
