Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!

Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.

  • Hi Better today, getting my head round things.

    So many  phone calls this morning, all down and dusted now, I hope.

    Two scan results, and both like a bolt out the blue never  ever see it coming.

    Onwards and Upwards is the only way to go..

    Daughter going for hep pre assessment tomorrow, brother finishes 7nweeks radiotherapy next week.

    Me well pick up at 8.30 next Wednesday of to Barts, first appointmntn10am, then 11ann, then CT scan then see two doctors then MRI 3.  15 Busy Day.

  • Just wanted to say that my thoughts are with you now and will continue over the weeks to come . I have no words of wisdom  I only wish you peace in the many thoughts that must be going through head . You are and have been an inspiration to many who have read your posts . Chris x

  • I have plenty of big girl  knickers, and have used quiet a few over my journey, just remember to pull them up high. lol

  • It's the best advice you can give Ellie, and I learned it on this forum too, probably from you, though I think it's more important to us on here to remind us to make the most of whatever time we have, and it's good to hear your brothers RT has just a week to run, and please pass on my best wishes to your daughter for tomorrow.

    I had our Mandy at chemo today, No3 of 10, and she's coping well, I'm still waiting for both my scan results, and my MDT has been put back a week and my little brother see's his oncologist on the 31st, I'm going to need some bigger knickers lol
