Good morning Annette,  it looks nice and bright here today,  but chilly. It really annoys me all Christmas stuff out now, I'm refusing to buy any of it till December. Well just about to get up and have breakfast. Have a good day xx

Good morning Moi, it is a nice bright morning here too, after a chilly night. The cat and  I are cosy tucked up on the recliner having a coffee and enjoying a peaceful morning. The cold is still hampering my enthusiasm to do anything, so will give in and enjoy a quiet day doing as little as possible. Have a couple of new books, so a reading afternoon is a great possibility. Hope you and everyone else will have a good day.

Morning everyone!

I'm beginning to feel a bit more human again, after 10 days of nursing a very bad back! Haven't felt comfortable sitting down, so haven't been able to use my laptop much. Saw a physio yesterday, and had my first experience of acupuncture. I am feeling a bit more mobile today.

Sorry that several people are feeling unwell at the moment. Hope we can all send wellness vibes to each other and get better by the weekend!

Glad you are feeling more comfortable, just be careful what you do.

I fill a little rubbish, with sore throat, cough, cold, never had a cold since i was diagnosed.

Though was at hospital twice last week, reckon, i picked up there.
