Thanks Ellie, that's nice to know, I've been out 3 times and got soaked every time and it wasn't even warm rain lol.
I appreciate that, as am I, but with a few more feelings mixed in, which I suppose is normal.
Lovely to hear you have family visiting, that's where I am, having dinner at the farm. and congratulations to your granddaughter on passing, your not wrong Ellie, the years whizz past.

Moi, district nurse was for me, my prostap "HT" jab, the pharmacy took so long getting it I thought I may not get it in time, It's time sensitive, luckily my DN gave me it after my surgery couldn't, her first time as well, had to show her what to do, but she did well, Mandy having RT, but so far all's ok, just had dinner at the farm so we're off home to rest, weathers been crap all day.

Aww that's so sweet Ellie, well I'm done for the day, had dogs out, now sat in front of the TV with Sheila, she's watching her recordings, I'm researching BAT, bi-polar androgen therapy, I like studying, my last topic was on nanoparticles in immunotherapy, are you still awake Ellie, what are you up to, was diagnosed with dysphagia recently, my RSI index score is 24, anything over 13 mans significant reflux disease so not good, but we will do what we can, or as you say, onwards and upwards
