Hi Lee, good to hear from you again, I was getting lonely being the only guy on here, how have you been doing, nice to hear your getting out with Ringo,  just have Poppy out then rest day for me too, I'm spending more time in bed as well, we must be getting old.

That's true Eddie food dog bed I need a class or something new to do or ill get bed sores , it's good to be back and nice to see you Eddie,  I stop at bus stops with Ringo so get a rest and he gets treats 

Hi Lee, I use Proshield Plus, on prescription, it's a skin protectant and works for me, you have mentioned your bus stop rests and that you have a chat with the people you meet there, you must have made friends with 1 or 2 by now, it's nice your posting again, the forums not the same without you.

Yes grey  damp and looks a little miserable.

The thought of winter coming, for me stuck in doors, early dark nights and every thing else, not a good thought.

That's my dreary thoughts for a Monday morning.

Good morning all.  Monday first day of the week and this week, dare I say I have no appointments this week. The weather isn't playing overcast and light rain, it would have been lovely to have a week of no appointments and sun, but hey ho there we go. What are we all upto today. I'm waiting for a new book to arrive, 'Atlas the story of Pa Salt.'  8th book in the 7 sisters story, will keep me busy for a while. All have a good day xx
