Hi Ulls, I take a friends daughter for chemo and she's given the first appointment time for this reason, I have shaded windows which really help, I have very low melanin levels, very little hair and ginger with hazel eyes, not exactly designed for the sun and I don't do well in the sun, it just feels so nice.

Good day all, Hope your Appointment went well Ellie. Ulls I used to love the hot weather, but alas I can't cope with it now. It also effects my blood sugars Chelle nice to hear from you like you I haven't been on here alot lately, hope your well. Hi Eddie yes a lot of red heads aren't any good in the sun. I had to cover everything except hands and face until I was17, then it took about 6 years before I could wear a t-shirt for a couple of hours and another 6 years to be able to wear a t-shirt all day. I tried to go topless for a long time but without much success,

Morning everyone!
Hope you are all as well as can be, and have enjoyable things planned for today.
I had a friend staying with me for a couple of days, which was lovely! She went home yesterday.
Today will be a chill-out day, with a long dog-walk....then probably watching the olympics on TV.
Enjoy the sunshine in Costa del Barnsley, Eddie!
