Morning Each and Everyone of you.
Thanks for your good thoughts yesterday, i will not get the full results till the 13 September yes its a Friday, nice one.
Was a ling long day for me up at 4.45,am picked up, and got home 2.15pm, i was shattered, never mind good sleep was needed .
Hope you had a nice time with daughter Moi all girls together.
Eddiel glad was positive news for your family, thats what we like.
Ulls clever boy sorting out with your wife's old phone, learn some thing new every day.
Alana glad you get great comfort from your cat, we all need something, perhaps thats what i should get, but it would have to be a dog I am afraid. I could talk to it, rather than myself.
Lee hope you are feeling ok on reducing your steroids, and things go well along the way.
Shower time for me. Later
Hi ellie 73 what a long day that was for you. I always find scan days exhausting at the best of times, let alone getting up at that time! A little time to wait for the results but I’m sure that will go quick. I no longer worry about Friday 13th for me it is a good day. My nephew was born on Friday 13th and he has brought me 30 years of joy so far, and it broke my superstition about the date.
eddiel I’m sorry to hear about your daughter, I have only just seen this I must of missed previous mentions of it. I hope you have encouraged her to join the community? I don’t know what type of cancer she has, but there is a group for everyone and we all know how valuable the support is. X
Hello Chelle, I have talked to my daughter about the community but she's told me she's ok for now, she goes with me to a local cancer charity as there is another lady with sarcoma of the breast and has young children too who have become really close, thank you for your good wishes and advice, always appreciated.
Eddie xx
Oh I’m glad she has been able to connect to another mum going through the same thing. When you have a rare sarcoma it can be isolating, I know it took me a while to find my fit on the macmillan community, as I have never met anyone with the same cancer as me. X
Thank you again Chelle,I know what you mean about finding someone with the same conditions, on the prostate forum 5000+ members not a one with the same diagnosis, the odd one is similar so i tend to lean towards the incurables and as for not being able to have anaesthetic safely or pain relief other than paracetamol "heart issues", I posted this on the cancer surgery forum and found someone else like me after 9 months.
Eddie xx
Morning Eddie, enjoy your stay in Fort William with your friends. My daughter is coming home for a long weekend today. She will feel a change in temperatures from London . Her Sister is picking her up from the Airport while I get my injections and chemo tablets at the Unit. Wishing you all a good day today and a nice weekend
Love Alana and Lilly xx
