Your oncologist is right, they can't do surgery if they don't know what their dealing with, they could make things worse, Ellie as you never get results when they say I wouldn't worry about Friday 13th, you cuss all you want Ellie we'll all support you.

Hi Eddie
I didn't get my tooth back! Never thought of the Tooth Fairy.....
So far, so good. No pain yet, but I did take a couple of paracetamol earlier, as a sort of pre-emptive strike! Had soup for tea...easy to eat. Will probably wake up in the middle of the night really hungry!
Puddock
Hi Puddock, that all sounds good, though not sure about hot drinks and food, dentists not really my area as 1 filling and 1 extraction in 45 years doesn't mean much experience, which is fortunate as I have been trying to register with a dentist for 7 years and because of my issues with anaesthetic and pain relief they won't touch me, good thing I don't need them, maybe the lidocaine will help you sleep.

I had a very good appointment today with my oncologist. She now wants me to stop my zoledex injection that I have been on for 10 years! I still need to continue with my other hormone blocker anastrozole, but she thinks that the zoledex would have done its job now. I feel a little unsure about stopping, it’s like taking away a safety blanket, there is a niggling concern that the estrogen will start again, but I believe in my oncologist so no more zoledex for me. 10 years of having an implant in my tummy every 12 weeks, that was a lot of injections!
Hi chelle
Glad you're appointment went well that's always good , my appointment tomorrow is now moved till next week as they're waiting on my results but they have lowered my steroids to see how I go
Lee
That is frustrating for you. It sometimes seems to take so long to get the results. Hope you are ok with the steroids being lowered.
Me too ill monitor myself and write everything down before next week, take care
Lee
Hi Chelle, this calls for a celebration, that's wonderful news, if my oncologist gets me10 years i will marry him, great to hear of the trust you have in yours, it makes accepting and trusting the decision so much easier, I'm so happy for you.PS 86 injections'
