Good morning all, beautiful morning out there. Will have acupuncture to relive pain a little on frozen shoulder this morning. I think I was snoring loudly last night as Matt woke me up twice! Whoo!
Pills then breakfast then gardening, got to tidy greenhouse ready for sowing seeds. Yesterday we went to see Ine Life. If you’re going take a couple of boxes of tissues, excellent film but very emotional. Hope you are all good? See you later

Sorry you had a fall Lec. I was thrown across the poo bin in the park yesterday! Ollie was badly reactive towards other dogs but has improved dramatically but a lady just let her little French dog stare at Ollie for what seemed liked ages. I thought Oh no, here we go. She was by the bin so I had to wait, hoping she would grasp my predicament. But No !!! Ollie lunged forward and had me spreadeagled across the bin lol.
Will have to get a badge,'On chemo-not steady om my feet' the wind is back so will have to change my route!
Have a good day all

Now Ulls, I am looking for support and clarification:
Male / female evolution practices are becoming more blurred daily on the forum.
let’s make a start on redefining who’s who and what’s what.
matters involving shopping, cooking, cleaning, and domestic matters as a whole should be for females to comment on. Chaps can pop in when guidance is necessary.
men will of course comment on cars, tools, indeed anything of a practical or dangerous bent.
As an aside to everyone, keep watching the St Pancreas pianist updates, we need to support free speech.
