Hi Ellie, that's awful, if any thing can go wrong it's at Christmas time, an other appointment, I feel for you.

No too far Moi, it’s at the local hospital.  Tomorrow is up in the city and is more complicated to get too as trains are off.  An adventure though lol 

Ellie has a stock reply to your post ..... its a day out, what else would you be doing?  ....

She has said it to me plenty of times, dosnt make me feel better though!

They do make the best cheese sandwich there that I have ever had so I can’t complain. I will have 2 after the scan lol

Well a healthy option,, yes i do say its a day out, lol, well what else would be doing, rubbish in bins bloody freezing. more meat on the bones will help, more chocolate lol 

Hi Ellie I'm back from blood pressure check, told still to high make doctor appointment to change meds, that's a week Wednesday, took the Alendronic Acid at 7.30 breakfast at 8.30 rest of morning meds with cup of tea, her indoors now wants to go outdoors, she's not happy it's snowing again, such is life 

LOL what an exciting life we all lead, if its not one thing its some thing else.

Just got my A acid for tomorrow, while i remember, my brain is working over time these days.

Yes  you must get your BP under control, mind you with everything else going on in our life's, you can understand why.

Well my neighbour phones up are you all right ellie, yes , i am phoning all the old people checking, i asked who else you  phoned, no one only you, well i ripped her Christmas card  up lol
