Here by special request, the latest in the Lovely Morning series.
Hi Ellie, well you know they say laughter is the best medicine and that’s what always gets me through. I was 3rd n the list for my cancelled op and said to the surgeon if I was 3rd, I hoped the knives had been sharpened well each time!! Just my sort of humour!
keep on having fun and silliness it all seems better then.

Maggie, there was not a problem on here until we lowered the criteria for joining the group. It used to be .... have you got cancer and are you taking it seriously....
Then people with no shame or feeling started to post. I can't say names but for the sake of argument, Ellie and Ulls, who have brought this forum to its knees. Laughing, joking, making reference to rude things all the time.
Then Moi2, seemingly normal, proved herself to be a maniac. I have complained but what good did it do?
Leave while you can, there are two hopes here .... no hope and Bob Hope and one of them is dead!
Now you can see what what we have been warning you about, blames everyone else then tries to cover up his misdeeds, Ellie, Moi and I are really nice with gentle humer.
Bless you, it is a lot you have to put up with! Never mind though I am sure he means well and is only saying it as he sees it. I do remember talk of the naughty step on here in the past. Does this mean somebody is due for a short time out? Don’t leave anyone there for too long though, you are all making us smile.
It is good to laugh and we can’t let cancer take away our humour whatever else it tries to rob us of!
I was watching the weather earlier on, I had noticed it was getting cooler but then the weatherman said it was autumnal!! That I didn’t want to hear, no need to put it into words like that, it just made me feel cold! After all it’s only just September.
Well must get a drink and settle down to watch Emmerdale while I do a bit of knitting.
love and hugs
