Some say 8 hours unbroken sleep ! I don't get that ! up for for a wee about 2 or 3 times a night. If I go straight back to sleepIm happy xx

I am normally like that, though yesterday i got so uptight, i had to go over and confront my neighbours , 

took me a while to get the courage i found from some where, and had to keep calm, and i did,

First time, hubby would have been there.

Did it and was completely afterwards, in the end turned out to be a good sleeping tablet lol, mind you do not want to do it again.

I don't do sleeping tablets, last time I had 1 in hospital I slept for 24 hours and the nurse said the doctor been round a few times and couldn't wake me, they were worried and advised me not to take them again !!!! I've always been awkward ha ha

Yes Ellie you were very brace to do that on your own, sometimes we just find the courage from somewhere and get things done and it dose drain you, no wonder you slept well without a tablet. xx

Coffee Break 45 mins in garden, then back out, no rest for wicked, then i must have been wicked all my life lol
