Well they're not bad just thoughtless, did not put any soakaways or drainage when they changed the height of their terrace, they added an extra 4 inches, that might not sound much, but when they wash the terrace it floods my drive, I'm assuming that if there is a rain storm, it will flood me, also if it snows then melts again I will be flooded.

So I am raising the height of my wall by adding a row of breeze blocks behind my wood fence, with the appropriate damp proof course, so the water should stay on his side.

Right, you think they would have consulted    you before they did that, hence you have work to do.

Though has to be done, before the winter. Send him the bill, i would say. no thought gone into it, on how it could effect you.and your property.
