Here by special request, the latest in the Lovely Morning series.

  • Sorry Moi2 displexia rules again

  • How can I move into a new house and get ...a/ Jap knotweed, b/ ....bloody moles!

I don't like to see anything sent off to its maker but these are chancing it!

  • You have jap knotweed in your garden?

  • About a foot away from our rear boundary. Sent legal letters to everyone involved in selling us the house suggesting they must have all known about and had a legal obligation to inform us..

The area is being sprayed, I had the landowner round here and read him the riot act.

I have a solicitor on standby but until it actually pops up in the garden, even though the the roots will already be underneath, nothing can be done.

There was a fair amount of wailing and knashing of teeth but not waking us up in the middle of the night at the moment.

Pity moles don't eat it, that would be a good result.!

  • Here,  I made something for you AA

    Sarah

  • That is a spectacular present, thank you so much.

    My mood is lifted. X

  • I believe it's roots can be over 20 feet from the main plant, it's the person who owns the land it's spread froms problem, not yours, a few weeks ago I read an article on Google news about a family who successfully sued British Rail, for not removing the knotweed from their embankment, it causd damage to their house, they shoud have taken responsibility straight away. What stinkers

  • That is all correct Ulls. I had the landowner in my front room. He has got a spraying program in place but still an aggravation we could do without. He knew, the developers knew, the estate agents knew. Sent them all threatening letters and told the planning department.

They said they should have been told but these things get under the radar! Useless. Never mind, worse things happening to our chums on here, not the end of the world.

  • If its not one thing something else

Right shoes off so i am home lovely, watch off rings off, now i can get cup of tea, the day has ben  eventful  at least, now cuppa time x

  • Hope the blood letting went well and your not brused, what would we do without tea
