That's what you call Free Speech, which a lot of people do not have now, unless it suits the ones in charge , i am afraid.

I am a supporter of free speech. I wish to see all opinions on here. I am diverse, opinions should be diverse. I liked the Queen.

Nice to see you back Monica, i do think the majority of people are, for free speech,  though the minority now seems to be taking over.

That is good to hear, you like the queen 

though if people do not they  should keep it to them selves,  there are a lot of people i do not like, though i do not tell them, unless they push my button, then its go.

Hope your getting used to the site, its early days to work things out.

There's nothing wrong with free speech but it should be truthful no lieing and vindictive.

That's right and the majority of the time, people do talk the truth and are not vindictive, and that is wrong, so who is right, i ask myself.

It seems to me that free speech today is only 'free speech' if the other person agrees with what you are saying. Facts no longer seem to enter into it, never mind opinions. Universities used to be centres for debate and discussion, but now anybody who differs from what is currently deemed acceptable, gets cancelled or 'de-platformed'  Rainie x

Well i am going out to dig a hole, and that is the truth, deep hole to try and get a piece of long wood into, so i can stand the trellis back up, not happy, fixed a door earlier jack of all trades and i am master of none,

Well Ellie enjoy your DIY, your quit handy. I'm cooking dinner at the moment. When it was me & my girls I use to enjoy decorating, bit rubbish with the wallpaper. Anyway back to the stove lol xx

Well my wife is cooking dinner, I have been weeding. That is a good thing as we are both doing things we like.

I would cook and my wife would do the weeding but we stick to what the Good Lord has decided we are best at.

I am a bit worried about posting this as it may appear contentious and I do not wish to be cancelled.

Each to there own Monica, my husband often cooks, but he always takes over when I start any DIY, I did do most of the gardening before we moved but I've got quit a few big pots with plants under my windows. XX
