  • Its not threw wanting to do these things, lol they have to be done,  need a magic fairy, mind you i cannot sit all day, drives me mental.

Dis not realise how much glass in the house and doors, that's before conservatory,.

I have to sit down with a cuppa, or would collapse lol.

Your busy baking, a woman's work is never done. my hubby used to come in and say Bank Holiday couple days of, going fishing i did say when do i get a day of, everyday the same, never got a reply lol.

My Dentist still does NHS and Private, though now if you  miss appointment you are of his books,

The Devil makes work for idle hands, my hands are getting worn out, LOL

  • Just a thought, you do not realize how much your hands have to do, every little thing, useless bit of information, but true.

  • You are lucky, women's hands were developed to fit more easily over a handle .... Broom, hoover, iron, your hands will just mould to such devices with little effort.

Men's hands were designed to separate the pages of a newspaper or operate mens machinery, so the jobs do get shared out fairly.

Am I right or am I right. Of course I am right.

  • Hi Rainie, My wife and I still have an NHS dentist, he provides a service to most of the people in Assisted living accommodation through out the Durham Area, he does that every day till around 2 then back to his surgery to carter for those more mobile, excellent chap always has time to chat.

  • I still am still registered on the NHS with my dentist, though I do sometimes pick non nhs options for treatment. They haven't accepted new NHS patients for years

    Sarah

  • Not many like him around I am guessing. A bit of a hero in my opinion.

  • You so right, yet again, i can pick up the smallest thing with ease, drawing pin, needle, fairly my foot, can you sew, knit, , embroidery, i can and paint fences, do gardening, what ever, actually i am getting quiet handy, in one way or another, will turn my hand to anything, or give it  go

  • Hi all, have just returned from my 4 weekly visit to the outreach unit, go the next batch of med's, the nurse tried to phone my GP but shut for training, as me to make the call tomorrow to get an appointment, my blood pressure has gone over the acceptable mark, the nurse says if they cannot give me an appointment this week tell them chemo unit says is necessary and see my cancer plan, if nothing this week ring chemo unit back the will sort out.

There is always some thing else to think about, its a side effect of my med's

  • Right, i am sure they will get it sorted, your right one thing or another, first thing tomorrow phone call, and takeit from there,

Not an easy road at times, though the bumps to smooth out, hopefully, x

  • Ellie is right, get her to phone your GP and put a flea in their ear. She takes no prisoners!
