Although I have recently had some difficulties concerning over exuberance at Rainies birthday bash, I believe I can put that behind me as I have now moved up the social ladder with multiple steps.
I thought shopping at Waitrose and having a John Lewis card was as good as it was going to get .... no,
I have a robot lawnmower,!!!!!
All I need now is my onco phone call on Thursday to declare my no treatment treatment a success and I can work out my next steps upwards.
I think this will cement my burgeoning relationship with Ellie.
That can be it's informal nickname Mrs B but it's pedigree name needs to have some gravitas, capish? Xx
You would not believe what it's like, a couple of hours to set up, it's cut the lawn already and has docked itself for recharging. Funniest thing to watch. Getting one for the front garden, my neighbour coming over to see it tomorrow, she is sure she will get one too.
This will increase my life expectancy, not everyone will think this is a good thing!
It works. I have been googling it for months, it was my belated Christmas present.
We havnt got a big garden so the hardest thing was pegging out the boundary wire. Any offers for a Push Along Lawnmowe!? One lazy owner, now getting lazier!
Right, decision on the name was already made by Her Indoors, I didn't realise there was a name in the frame. Sorry Mrs B, Nobby it is. Thanks Rainie, I suppose you will want royalties every time it starts up?
I have nothing against robot lawnmowers, but I do recall seeing a video of a robot vaccuum cleaner - lets say it didnt do well with dog poo on a floor- just went over and over it smearing it further and further - so if lawn mower acted the same, no hope of me ever getting one! Beware dog owners.
Thanks for your grudging aceptance of my choice. It now has a name .... Nobby, so a bit of respect would go down well. Thank you as always OBS, hope the trench diggers are getting on OK.xx
