Hi all, we are moving house to a ground floor over 60 flat, the stairs are becoming a problem here. The boys and grandsons are moving us on Saturday . We've spent this morning going to the tip and the charity shop. I've let go of 20 pairs of high heels, I just can't wear them any more, I've still got about 20 pairs I just CAN'T part with. Yes I have a shoe fetishism !! Our wardrobes are bare, we'll not quit. Wish us luck with the move. XX
All the best with the move. You will soon get your collection built up again. Who cares if you can't wear them!
Hope the move goes well. Last time I put on a pair of high heels I promptly twisted my ankle, used to wear them all the time when at work, now it's walking boots and sturdy sandals.
We moved 4 years ago. At the time had a massive clear out and the charity shops were happy. Just noticed after reading this it's time to do it again. Clear out, not move - we're in a bungalow thankfully.
Hope all goes well Saturday with your army of helpers.
Barb xx
