Here I am, awake in the early hours of the morning again because of back pain. It's an almost nightly occurrence, six nights out of seven most weeks.
However, this morning my pain is sugar-coated because I have just realised it's my birthday and I'm 64 today
When I'm 64, the title of the song by Lennon and McCartney, a song from the excellent album Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, the first line of which is-When I get older losing my hair-must have been written with me in mind Ha ha. Indeed, for many of us, male and female. Then there's also Birthday greetings, bottle of wine.
Sounds good to me
Take care and stay safe everyone
