I know that started this brilliant idea so I wanted to carry it on for her and as the forum has become a little gloomy recently as we face loosing them both soon.

So

1. daloni and dizzie outlasted their prognosis by years and I am sure proved that you can have quality of life despite doctors best guesses and we all benefited from knowing them on here.

2. I just got back from a fabulous holiday in Galicia, northern Spain. I walked more than I have for months (chemo pushed me into a wheelchair) the food and wine was fab and I met old friends and laughed a lot.

3. Macmillan have admitted that their upgrade has been a bit sh*t and are working on improving it. Hurrah for Macmillan who have admitted it didn't go well. How many organisations actually come out and say that.

I don't like to think that newbies think that we are a miserable lot, what struck me on here when I came was how much joy, laughter and living went on despite cancer.

They are doing their best you old counterevolutionary.  Boris in particular always had kind things to say about you.!

  • Yes, they're doing their best, but you know what? You don't have the misfortune to have amateurs in charge like we do in the Northern Ireland Assembly. They don't even talk to each other half the time. A coalition government made from 5 parties, whether it's good or bad but there's no abortion for women except if the mother's or baby's life is in danger. The UK government is fed up and going to bring it in over their heads. Maybe I have chosen too sensitive a subject but women don't have a say, even in rape or incest. It wasn't so long ago that 1 politician was saying that homosexuals can be cured.

The subject of this message is such a reason why we need different subject topics in our group.

If I have offended anyone in our group, just contact me and I'll remove the message. Forgive me if I have sinned.

I was really only joking with ownedbystaffies, I know she has strong views.

They are all useless, some just cover it up better. I'm a quarter Irish so I am part of your cabal! Some would say that explains the quality of my posts, if they were brave enough!

Most unusual combined three things I think. Send your OH to train ours!

  • I would hate it if Boris spoke well of me. I am more revolutionary than counter ! My old Staffie who died last year was unfortunately called Boris ( came with that name for rescue and as he was 8 already, it was too difficult to change). He always thought a lot of me thoughWink

, yes I agree your lot are not a shining example of competent government and the abortion stuff is terrible. However, I cannot agree that ours are doing their best - god help us if the last year has been their best,
