Some of you already know that I am an amateur artist. When I was young I did try art but I found I couldn’t get into it and lost faith in trying. When I was diagnosed with cancer my faith my confidence was rock bottom, I went and joined an arts and crafts group in the local hospice as i was told the many benefits of art as therapy, I still wasn’t convinced but i was encouraged. Now I love art and always looking to improve it and I have found my god given talents.
now this was a pastel painting I did recently but i am not sure it’s finished yet maybe I need to put something in his hands.
Or maybe he is stretching out his hands to offer a warm embrace to give us strength during these very difficult times.
so the thought of the day is even if we are far we are always protected by our faiths embrace, and know the kindness, the love and the strength that this provides.
