This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.

We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.

So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.

Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

    Hi Bern,

I'm okay really just got a lot going on which is a good thing as my mind needs to be working. Things are really raw at the moment and I can only imagine how SusanE and Dawn are coping with it all. For me and Cath we lost our Dad's for Dawn and Sue it was their soulmates and I really do believe they have had the toughest time especially as Sue lost her Dad the same week as John.

It just seems so unfair for all of us to be travelling the journey's we are on.

Sending hugs to each & every one of you.

I don't know!! is it the weather??? or what???

I too am struggling really bad, this is the worst so far, everything i look at reminds me of what i've lost,
    The eyes constantly leak
    i can't sleep but yet i'm exhausted

each day is an effort to get through, i try to keep my mind busy but it's so hard to concentrate

But tomorrow is a new day and each morning i pray "today will be a better day", then i think "tomorrow never comes"

    Hi ladies,
Wendy, try going on a long walk, my mum swears by it, you are making life to comfy in there for your little bundle of joy.
I had a very in depth scan today and they checked everything, and all is well, she now weighs just under a pound, so she's a big one.
    Hope you are all alright
    lol

Em and Dawn - ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) This is a tough time that is coming up for both of you and there are bound to be a lot of memories from last year that will be coming to the front of your mind, making the grief feel raw again. Hold on tight both of you, we're not going to let you go but will be here to share all of this with you. Love to you both X

Nic - Your grief is very raw, it isn't that long ago that you lost your lovely Mum and there comes a time in our grief where we miss those we have lost more and more. Better days will come Nic but again, we are here for you so keep sharing and we will do what we can. So sorry you aren't sleeping as that will be adding to how you feel during the day. Try some Kalms tablets just before bed, they worked for me when I was having trouble every night. Love and ((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) for you too X

Wendy - It was lovely to talk to you on Friday too hun. Not sure what advice to give re the pipster except that maybe a good walk and another curry might just do the trick, worth a go anyway. Will keep my fingers crossed that the lazy bundle decides to made an ppearance very soon X

Donna - french toast sounds yummy. Hope your day a good one X

Den - so glad everything went well with the scan today X

Mel - you ok my friend? X

Hi Bern, thanks for asking, mom & dad seem OK and have benefited from some family time with all of us at the weekend.

Sam - please don't start another thread. I would much rather you talked here when you needed help. We're not all down at the same time are we? We're like a set of scales and when one half of us is down the other is up so we'll all have to jolly well help each other through.

I was going to send some special hugs but I think everyone could do with one for one reason or another so I'll try and remember them all:-

Em - juggling her brood and her emotions and we love her for it all the more
Mel - losing her dear mum was so recent yet she does all she can for us here and helps more than she'll ever know
Barbie - our special figher - oh and she's 41!
Wendy - cos I know how it feels!
Bern - she's a trooper who works hard to look after us all and says the loveliest things
Sam - she's a sweetie whose feelings are still raw and still she puts us first
Dawn - because her loss is recent and there are memories abound that help yet hinder
DenDen - don't think we've 'met' but I'd still hug you all the same!

Now I'm sure to have missed someone but I don't mean to so let me know and I'll add you to my hug list!

    Morning dear friends,

I know that many of us are having a very difficult time at the moment, but together we will find a little more strength and courage each day.

Could I ask that everyone says a little prayer for Rochelle's Mum today. Sadly she is nearing the end of her journey.

    Love to you all
