This is the start of a new journey for me and my much loved friends from the original Oesophegus thread on general discussions.
We have become a close group and this will be our new home to continue our journey as life has become very hard for many of us and we keep re-living our journeys with lots of newbies which puts us all back a bit.
So my lovely friends Mel, Sam, Helen, Bern, Jac, Nic, Dawn, Sue, Cath, Lesley, Jani and the many other special friends Mel and I have made over the last 16 months this is it we have a new home.
Love to all and extra strength to carry us through our next stage XXX

I am so sorry for your loss of your Mother, so sad!
Please accept my sincere condolences, I know these words are used so often by so many, however, these are sent with genuine feelings and warmth as we all on this site really understand and feel for you.
Words are so inadequate somehow when trying to help you but I want to express my sadness for you since you lost your mum. I lost my dad just over 2 years ago so I have been through the loss of a parent so I have experince of what it's like.
I'm sure you have wonderful memories and your mum lives on in those. In fact, I have come to the conclusion that in many ways it makes our loved ones that we lose immortal because our memories are with us forever.
It hurts so much now I know but it does get easier.
how you doing? On a bit of a music thing at the moment. What would you say would be your top 5 songs, to give you that happy feeling?? You know the ones, they just get your feet tapping, head nodding and a good feeling inside???
