To all of you, I am watching the Great North Run and am glad they aren't having to run in the terrible weather we have here, we have a pool formed just outside the patio doors, where the garden is a bit lower, it always drains away but is a bit slow at this point, it shows how much rain we've had though! Had a text from Caz last night, am not quite sure where she is right now but she's already been in Italy, Sicily and Malta on her tour. She will be in the UK soon, then after a couple of weeks she'll be off to North Eastern Europe and Russia. Just had another text, she's just landed in wet London!
hi helen hun, i had rli bad nite last nite, was in agony but doped up on pain relief which wasnt really working tho, managed to get to sleep bout 5am. hope caz is ok and u 2 hun, we 2 had all that awful rain, i lay awake listening to it xoxoxox
Shell, honey, if you are still bad you will need to get help from your GP tomorrow, don't try to suffer in silence.....you have done so much to support everyone in the grips of this awful disease in the last little while, bless you! Rest up today anyway and try to keep that arm elevated.....love and hugs....
hi helen hun, arms not too bad now, but did av to go n c gp 2day, been throwing uo n had violent headache all day n it turns out i have an infection in my bladder, this one has rli knowcked me off my feet i only got out of bed to go and see the gp, apart from that i havent moved. my daughter bless her has almost finished the painting in my lounge for me so i dont hav much more to do. love n hugs xoxoxoxoxox

Hello to all......its chilly out there, and poor Caz is back in the UK, she hates the damp cold that we get here, has been to Norway in the winter and just loved the snowy dry deep cold that she experienced then, but our damp chilly days, well! Will meet up with her on Wednesday to give her a big hug partway through her tour.....and then in just over 2 weeks for her appointment too......love and hugs to all.....
Helen I am just popping into tell you some good news......I handed my notice in this morning. Hoorah!!! I feel quite liberated.
