hi folks, putting the past few days aside, im a bit chirpier today as am actually able to use my laptop again and omg!!!!!! it feels strange using a big screen and keyboard instead of having to strain my eyes using my mobile lol. want to say thank you to everyone for their help and support over the last few days it has been greatly appreciated. love hugs and kisses xoxoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxox love to you all xoxoxoxoxoxox

Hello, deer dear stalker Karen......am ok apart from the pain in the neck! And judging by the work I keep getting emailed to me, Caz is ok too, lol!
Am having daily traction but specialist help once a week from my physio, she plans to check out my back tomorrow......oh help! As it's rather scoliosed (and she knows that already!) I wish her luck and me no pain, lol! Seriously, the pain is decreasing but still have nerve problems down my arm, tingling in the hand...(posh name is parasthesiae) but expect the docs would say 'old age'!!!!!My physio believes it should get the chance to get better, thank goodness!

Hiya helen and karen and everyone else. went to c nurse at gps surgery, ive been put on Orlistat slimming pills, which im not looking 4ward to the effects from lol. im also now on paracetamol and arthrotec for the lymphoedema and pain, was told to moisturise my arm twice a day which ive been doing 3 times daily but has had no effect. have got to go back to docs to be wejghed in 2 weeks and to see how im getting on with the orlistat. am also going to make an appt at the same time to see the gp and tell them that im not happy and wish to be referred elsewhere for a second opinion as my gps nurse has also said that if i lose 40lbs i will end up being ill. hope ur all well love, hugs and kisses to u all
Shell, have they any idea if the lymphodema is affecting your weight on the scales, and in reality you are slimmer than they all think when they look at your weight just written down? Maybe that's what your nurse means when she says you mustn't lose too much more.....good luck with the tabs.....and the appointment too....will be rooting for you, honey!
