Today, i've been remembering those who died and those who mourn in those horrific plane crashes, that we now know as 9/11, since our American friends swap the month and day around. I guess we all remember where we were and what we were doing, on most of the momentous dates we have known. I for one do, when Winston Churchill died and his state funeral, when President Kennedy was assassinated, Martin Luther King, too. 9/11 has become one of those.....

on a lighter note, my love and hugs to all who have and all who care for cancer patients.....us amateurs and lets remember the professionals too, there are significant emotional 'burn out rates' amongst hospice nurses.....

I watched 'the fashion show' just in case, this week, there was a ? group called 'sugarbabes', in which case our Caz would be on, with her trombone......but it wasn't this week, so, sorry to anyone who watched to catch a glimpse of our lass....maybe next week?

hi folks, ive had a mad 2 wks. last week i was on a mega high that no one cud bring me down from after being told that i was being referred 4 my long awaited reconstruction, but then my highs and happiness never seem to last long as this week all i seem to av done is sit here and cry all the time. it seems like when im in that bubble of happiness that doesnt come to me often, sum has to burst it as tho im not allowed to be happy, i know im just prob ramblin but its just the way ive been made to feel xox
