Still pop in to check how Caz is doing when on site. Have been back and forth down south recently and a few months ago was reading a newspaper and saw an article with Caz in it. I took great delight in telling other half I "know" that girl:-) He's also a musician and was hugely impressed by her evident zest for life, and her music, of course. She's a tough old (young) cookie, your girl!
Hi, Ang, I bet that was the article about her last treatment in the Express? It didn't do all they wanted, but, hey, she still loves her life and her playing! She's just back from Italy where she swapped roles with their Conservatoire trombone tutor for a couple of days.....and is off next month touring Eastern Europe with Seal......then more treatment in August, keep fingers crossed that it is a good preliminary to the 'biggie', a donor transplant which is her final hope of being properly well.
All is quiet today......bet she is still at Sibelius! There is arranging to do for the tour.......
Just wanted to share my good news. Yeserday I had the results of scans following treatment with chemotherapy. Both the primary and secondary tumours have completely disappeared from scans! Everyone is amazed at this result and you can imagine how I am feeling.
