right, apart from the fact that my eyes now look at total mess, (contact lenses couldn't last the pace so am now in rubbish specs, excuse any typos that I didn't spot!) my blinkers are out and ready to get back on, but maybe a decent night's sleep first......my friends, I have appreciated your words of comfort and support even when they too made me weep a bit more, if I'm honest....., sympathy does sometimes have that effect, doesn't it?
Not been on here for a while, Caz is strong and so are you. Keep your chin up you and Caz need to ride the horses in the big boys club and get the wind in your hair and then chill in the hot tub.

We often all use the word "rollercoaster" on this site, today has been a dip on the ride for Caz (and Sir Bob recentley) , well its going to climb again very soon, Caz is a chip off the old block, one tough cookie, its a hell of a ride but Caz and Sir Bob aint getting off !! and all loved ones and us on Mac wont let them !!

I'm astonished, I slept well, I guess I'd cried out the hurt.........to some extent, it is still there of course, but the extra on top did ease to let me sleep! Hubs had a few tears too when he came back from his meeting, we cuddled. Spoke to son too, think he was going to phone Caz during the evening.
My friends, kicking ass is what I need to do, will try and get on with it! Hope Caz slept too, bless her, she did have a good nap on the sofa while I was there with her, I dozed for a few minutes too, it was helpful that I had taken my specs and lens case so I could have a nap.
