Just popped on to say I'm up and cooking foods for us and Caz for today, hubs can't eat breakfast too early, (never could) so when we are out early I get him something to take with us! Caz will have a 3 course meal in her coolbag which we will probably have to unload so I can refill it tomorrow for her, will have to think of varied tasty meals I can get her every day now! She loves pasta as a base so thats no worries.....

A tired moomy checking in..........
We eventually got the ok to go down to London almost an hour after I had begun to try and phone......a wet rush hour journey on the M1 flooded in places......a good thing hubs came too, he dropped us off in the end and went off to try to park, with his mobile......we then waited for the inadequate lift system to be able to get to the 11th floor, only for a further wait as her room wasn't ready......the consultant and specialist nurse saw us in the waiting room, not very good for private conversation,......the room became available by about 3pm, then a wait for the treatment, it had been delivered to the only place in the UK possible, Coventry airport (where it had come from we never found out) and the door of the locker was locked and nobody was free to unlock it for ages.......we eventually left about 4.45 when they had arrived to give her the drip......we were halfway home, (again a rush hour trip up the M1,) and it had finished.....she is now fortunately tired with the early start and a sedative and the comforting feeling that it's over, all she has to wait for now is her count to go down so she can come home!
Got home a take=away and a nap! Now an early night.....
my love and hugs to all

Ha, it might have been an early night but I couldn't get off to sleep for attacks of cramp that had me pacing the house......ah well!
Eventually slept like a log for almost 7 hours.......my, this morning it looks lovely but VERY cold out there, sunny and frosty.....take care, everyone who is driving this morning.....
Saw a piccie of Caz's warning bracelet showing the radioactivity! She also had late night 'take-away' snacks! She said dinner wasn't too bad but not very much of it! I found a lovely tea room just round the corner, will try the take-aways from there when Caz tells us the meal is rubbish and we are down in London!
The plan for today is for me to go and do the food shop, fill up the car with fuel and then to get some food ready to take in and put in the patient fridge labelled up for her.
my love and hugs to you all
