Hi Helen,
Sounds like your lovely girl enjoyed her birthday if she was suffering with a hangover, oooooooo not nice I should know! hehehe.
Seriously she deserves to celebrate, I hope she enjoyed herself? bless her.
She will be having another birthday celebration when she comes home to her dear parents.
I am also watching Children in Need, with a couple of box of tissues at the ready, this one always has me in tears, but still watch it.
We watch a little bit of the Children in need concert last night, was in tears then, so what am I going to be like tonight, better have a couple of glasses of wine at the ready hehe, oooo any excuse lo!
Enjoy your rehearsal.
Biggest of hugs and love to all

Its nice looking through photographs of ones family
Been raining here on the south coast since mid-morning
My son and his family safe and dry in there home in Workington as they live on high ground just outside the town.
Tony
Tony, glad they are safe, it is really bad there.....
Had a busy day today, we volunteered at the surgery flu jab day, and today there was the swine flu jab too, so we were busy sorting out who needed to go into which queue, and calming folk down as there were so many who turned up! Astonishing how grumpy some folk get when faced with a bit of a queue! Surgery was busy, there was an 'on the day' team working too.
then cleaned the house when we got back.......in the end, needed some paracetamol, had been on my feet from 6am till 5pm, almost constantly!
Caz is on her way back, says she needs to sleep, of course! she lands at 5.30 am!
My love and hugs to all
Moomy

Caz is here, she slept quite well on both flights, she says, so will drive back to her place later today. she is now thinking about asking a pal who has a flat in London, if he will rent it to us while she is in hospital for the trial drug. We hope he will, it is only a short distance by tube from the hospital.
Her bad news is that a long time friend , he was her first trombonist in her early days in the brass band when she was a beginner, has died from Sarcoma this morning. He was a lovely guy and was the one responsible for her deciding on music conservatoire against drama college. His Dad was head of the music centre and they are a well loved family. She was going to dedicate a track from her CD to him.
This disease is soooooooo cruel.
my love and hugs to all

Morning Helen,
So pleased that Caz is home and safe. So sorry to hear about her friend though. Will be keeping my fingers crossed that you will be able to stay at the flat whilst Caz has her treatment.
My love and ((((((((HUGS)))))))) for you all.
