    Hi Helen,

I am so pleased that Caz is feeling so much better and as Dianne says it must put your mind at rest when you are able to have long chats with her.
She'll be fine now dear lady, I am sure of it.

Make sure you and hubs get a good nights rest tonight, she will soon be home with you, only another week to go.
I am sure Caz and your son will agree with this picture.

Hope this raises a little chuckle our dear friend, oooooooooo Dianne is turning into me lo!!!!! hehehehexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Yes it did, haha!

Caz now just has that rotten cough, with a few coughing fits, but it doesn't give her a headache as a really bad cough does, maybe that is the effect of the tamiflu, maybe not, but she has another 4 days of the course, and thinks she will continue it. The long chats help us all, her Dad worries too of course, and she is helped to feel less isolated. I jokingly said she ought to get back on the tour rather than getting sent home to a rainy country, that gave her a giggle!

My love and ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) to you all

    Dear Helen,

Bless her, when you next speak, tell her we are all rooting for her.

    Biggest of hugs

  • Mary, I told her you are all so caring on here and sending her hugs and get well wishes and also for the trial too, she said how lovely that was, she really appreciated it.

She is watching a film at present that she has downloaded, so pleased she has her computer with her, at least she can do all sorts of things like that! I found a book she can download onto her iphone too, so she has something to read, ok its only a children's book, The Secret Garden, but it is something different!

my love and hugs to you all

  • Bless the girl, we chatted for such a long time, I ended up doing the strict Mum bit just after midnight my time, 1am her time! But we have texted this morning so I know she is ok, just a bit nervy about it all, says it feels a bit like being set free after being in isolation that time after her SCT!

    my love to you all

    Hi Helen,

Glad to hear that Caz is ok, bless her she will be nervous, hope she has arrived safely in Madrid and her improvement continues.

'The Secret Garden', Rachael has the book and also the DVD, bought along time ago, but she watch that movie over and over again like kids do, got to say I enjoyed it myself.

Biggest of hugs dear lady to you all.
    Love Maryxxxxxxx
  • Thanks, Mary, it was a very very long weekend, worrying firstly whether it was flu, and then about her state of mind as I knew being virtually locked into a room, however pleasant it was, in a foreign country, would bring all her thoughts of isolation flooding back. It was necessary for me to stick at this computer for rather a long time, chatting to her to keep her spirits up!

As a musician, she is a bit ultra sensitive and takes things to heart rather deeply, bless her! she is now safely in Madrid and I hope she is now coping with all the tour again.

She flies back to England on Sunday and as yet isn't quite sure if she will stay with us a few days or get back to her own place, where she will be alone for a few days as her housemate will be away. We'll see how she feels as this week goes on! Kids, eh????

My love and hugs to all on here......(I love that childrens story and film too!)
