Our lass had such a good long sleep on Sunday through to yesterday that she got going bright and early today, she's gone off to London to do a few days teaching now, will pop in to pick up her post on her way up north again later in the week. Pity I couldn't get down there this Wednesday evening, she will be doing some conducting, but its a bit of a trek for an 8 minute piece of music!
It's all go, where did I find the time to go out to work? We now have Holly again for a few days (decorator in again!) so its morning and evening walkies again as her leg is better.....
Uh-oh, when will I get time to do what I want? What with son (please can you take Holly again), hubs ( just give me a hand with xyz), daughter( my pal will be there to pick up my post, her car, case at midnight if thats ok) and the said Holly looking at me longingly, wondering if shoes/coat/plastic bag/lead really DO mean that walk is going ahead NOW?
Just heard of the sad death of the Mum of two young people who were in primary school with my two, the oldest, a boy, in the same year and class as our son, the younger, a girl, in the same year and class as Caz. By the notice in the paper, it may have been complications of breast cancer, they are asking for donations to Breakthrough Breast Cancer. So sad.....there are too many!
I am so sorry to hear that love, you are right it is so sad and there are too many, if I had one wish it would be to find a cure for this terrible disease.

Hi not sure were to post this but its a message for Shell. Shell can I just say I had a bi-lateral mastectomy 2 years ago, chemo, radio, and lots of complications with healing etc. I too hated the way I looked but I just wanted to say that I smoke, am far too heavy for my height being only 5 foot, but I had an LD reconstruction on my left side last Nov, and I am due to have another one on my right side within the next 12 weeks. It has totally transformed the way I feel about myself. I hated my body before, couldnt bear to look at it. I am not being vain or shallow and I am very gratefull that I am in remission, but I no exactly how you feel. Dont take no for an answer when you see your plastic surgeon.
