    Dear Helen,

I hope Caz enjoyed the hen celebration, sure she would have, and that you and your dear family are all keeping well, its very windy here today, but extremely mild.

Love and hugs to you all.

  • Dear Mary, bless you, thank you for the lovely flowers, and your message too, you are a star! We haven't yet heard all about that weekend, but I bet it was good, ( they were thinking of all living in Victorian costume, lol!)Caz said she'd show us photos, and she also was going to have a practise with a new video camera that she has just bought ready for the actual wedding! So I guess we will see what she's done when she next comes, this next Wednesday (more teaching in London on Thursday)

Hope all of you folk are managing to cope with such a bit change of weather, we as yet haven't got the rain, but the wind has really picked up and we still have grey cloud, it isn't quite as cold.....

    love and hugs to all.....

  • Hello, all, had some editing work to do for Caz last night, she is finding she gets too stressed by this editing work, so might well try to pull out of the job, especially as she is now on trial for 4 orchestras at present! yay, well done, kid! She enjoyed her weekend away, and will show the filming she did, she didn't take many still pictures, but a few were released, looks like the bride to be got fairly merry, lol!

Thank goodness its a bit warmer at last, how long will it last? Hope you are all doing as well as possible, my love and hugs to all my friends.....

  • Caz has gone off to catch the 9.15 train into London, for a very full 6 hours of teaching, followed by 2 further hours of performing in one of her tutor groups. As a part of the Conservatoire course, 4th year students have to get a group together, organise the music, get a booking for a concert, and run the whole thing, they asked Caz if she would be a part of that group. It gives the final year students great experience of the outside professional music world. Her only trouble? no time for a break! We will see her probably sometime after 10pm!

  • Hmmmm, she got back at almost midnight, and I just got back from driving her to Heathrow!!!! She is off to Ireland for just a couple of nights, then back to the airport where I will meet her, and then she will be off to Bournemouth again! fortunately we can both go in 2 cars, and hubs can then collect me when i hand over Caz's car! What a lass she is!

    Dear Helen,

You are so right, what a wonderful daughter your Caz is, hope shes not too tired tonight, but I admire her greatly for living her life to the full.
On second thoughts hope your not too shattered as well.

The forum is very quiet at the moment, not quite the same at the moment.
Love and hugs to you all.

  • Hello, Mary, yes, she's quite a lass, living her life at great speed! I think she has youth on her side, not like her Mum, who has a rehearsal but is wilting slightly, lol!

I agree, all is very quiet on here, lets hope it will settle down and we see laughter again sometime soon. I suspect we are all still reeling from the losses we have had, Andrew last autumn, and Anne recently, so sad. I do so wish that all the research being done comes to fruition very soon, it seems that there are ever more folk needing to join on here. I feel amazed when i realise that I have been on site now for all but a year, I joined last February, have been looking back over my posts, and my first thread.

Mary, take care of yourself......love and hugs from me

    Dear Helen,

I agree with you so much. I just wish they could find a cure for this terrible disease.

Its so very unfair when those we love are taken from us so very young and those of a great age as well, our loved ones are so very precious to us whatever their age, and its not right that we have to watch them end their life suffering so much.

Your lovely daughter sounds one in a million, and I'll pray that she continues her life in the same way as she is, with health and happiness.

Love and hugs to you all.
